Italian translators’ weblogs/Weblogs italienischer Übersetzer

I hope the title is correct. I don’t understand that much Italian, although I can get through the Marriage of Figaro or La Traviata.

Via my referrers: Frenetica fannullona (who says there is a provincial saint of translators called Luciano Bianciardi, although I find him described only as a writer), and from her blogroll:

fogliedivite
cittadina del mondo
botteghe color cannella

and following those blogs’ blogrolls,
This land is my land, by Anna FDD – she writes in English
Verba manent /Zu

  1. Multi grazie! If unsolicited door-to-door Pizza leafletting qualifies as Italian language instruction, then most of us – from East to West – would be fluent by now.

    Salve!

  2. my pizza leaflets are in German, sort of.Isabella: I knew something was wrong. Drooling over your beautiful new format.

  3. It looked better than mine even before that. Mine has been a bit of a mess for a long time, but I plan a big migration: weblog software and provider, and incorporating parts of the Fürth blog. The trouble is, I have no time for it now. I will wait a couple of weeks for MT 3.1 to appear, just in case it has any of the features I miss. Then I’ll see if I can get a free weekend.

  4. Wow, I’m looking forward to the new version.
I’m still using Splinder as provider for the blog and Elite.ro for the website, because a) I am lazy to create a new complete site b) I am not too handy with the HTML codes (it took me forever on Friday to make the changes I wanted) and c) my webmaster in Bucarest is extremely busy.

BTW, if you’re ever in my neighbourhood, coffee and appel pie with lots of whipped cream are on me :-)

    DWTH,
    Isabella

  6. Ah! German…I corrected the first link. I realized I didn’t understand about Luciano Bianciardi, I just threw that in, but I am lazy about reading the Italian.

Isabella, that sounds very nice. I may hold you to that.
