All this while they gaily undertake their various popular measures to spare the environment and reduce congestion by encouraging us to use a public transport system that is expensive, already overcrowded, inadequately spread and where I fancy they think that “vorbeugende Instandhaltung” is probably something that engineers do on the Starship Enterprise. Oh to live in Berlin!
