An atheist would surely expect to find Jesus still inside his tomb, so it’s hard to understand why they are so popular in this unbelieving age.
The Easter rabbit is holding out too. Wikipedia says that originated with German Lutherans as a sort of Knecht Ruprecht judge. And that three rabbits may represent the Trinity.
