I like the line, ” internally, it may often be easier to communicate with these terms than with the correct ones… However, the European institutions also need to communicate with the outside world.” But maybe once the UK is out and the only native speakers are Irish it will be said that Brussels-speak is a dialect of English, which of course was generously invented for the Brits by Rhine-Loire confederation.
